Spice Insurance Services aims to make website information and services accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and feedback helps us identify where improvements are needed.
Our approach to accessibility
The website uses responsive layouts, structured headings, labeled form fields, text descriptions for meaningful photographs, and links that let visitors skip to the main content. Navigation, tabs, and expandable answers are intended to support keyboard use as well as touch and pointer input.
Guidelines that inform our work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for accessibility improvements. A full conformance audit has not been completed, and this statement is not a certification that every part of the website meets every requirement.
Where limitations may remain
Some content or interactions may still need improvement. The website also links to services operated by other organizations, including maps and review platforms. We do not control the accessibility of those services. If you cannot use information reached through one of our links, contact us for assistance.
